Air conditioning system
The Goodman DSXC18 is part of the new ComfortNet family of communication units. In addition to possessing efficient energy attributes and operational sound levels, it contains the Copeland scroll compressor that provides the consumer with better temperature and humidity control.
The DSXC18 contains, among other features, a ComfortNet-compatible communication system, two-stage Copeland Ultra Tech sliding compressor, coil and ambient temperature sensors, connection to service valves with easy access to measure ports and factory installers for dry filters.
Once located, the DSXC18 offers 18 SEER providing high levels of efficiency at low operating costs and in many applications can improve its efficiency when combined with a Goodman Gas furnace that has a variable speed ventilation motor.
