Ulvac's helium restorer and system charger, allows companies that use large amounts of helium to save thousands of dollars a month by recovering more than 98% of reusable helium. It is used in conjunction with Ulvac's automated leak testing systems in cars, air conditioning, refrigeration and industrial applications, in which helium is deployed to verify leak-proof components. The helium is charged through an electric-magnetic valve where the gas pressure is monitored to ensure a consistent testing process. An integrated filtering system ensures helium purity during charging. The company's tank stations have speeds from 10 to 200 g/s, at +/- 0.3% accuracy in quantities exceeding 200g and are compatible with refrigerants R22, R134a, R410a, R407c, R290 and R600.
