The new verifier of the He-1 Basic Document developed by the ICCL and the Eduardo Torroja Institute is now official and its access is completely free.
This verifier allows to complete the simplified option of the Basic Document HE-1 of energy saving through a complete and reliable program that, simply by introducing the typologies of the construction systems and the surfaces they occupy, offers as a result the transmittances of the building as well as the checks of the condensations and permeability of the building. It also allows you to create your own enclosures and thermal bridges and include them in the calculations of these transmittances. The operation of the same is guided, easy and very intuitive, so it does not require any type of instruction manual.
The program issues a report that can be incorporated directly into the project as an annex of compliance with said Basic Document being in accordance with the provisions of said Technical Code.

This program, developed by the ICCL- Institute of Construction of Castilla y León and the Eduardo Torroja Institute for the Ministry of Development, is the optimal option to guarantee the energy results of the vast majority of buildings that do not have the need to use the general option.
