Mexico. With record attendance concluded the 2010 version of AHR Mexico, held in Mexico City on October 26 to 28 at the World Trade Center Convention Center, where more than 300 exhibitors from 17 countries met in a space to share knowledge, experiences and present the novelties in the HVAC&R industry.The exhibitors highlighted the number of visitors in their stands, especially during the last two days of the event where they also managed to realize business opportunities, as is the case of the Mexican company Moviclima, as explained by its general director, Víctor Uribe, who added: "At the Expo we have received more than 400 visits registered in our scanner and we get many offers from those who seek to be distributors of our brands, so we are very satisfied."
During the event there were also 30 technical conferences, 4 keynote lectures and 5 short courses on different topics, which were in charge of the American Society of Engineers in Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning -Ashrae, in English-, Mexico City chapter, and were dictated by professionals from foreign companies such as Johnson Controls, McQuay, Emerson and Honeywell, which were attended by specialists and technicians from different parts of the country.
