Colombia. The sixth version of Refricolombia, an event specialized in industrial and commercial refrigeration, held in Bogotá, Colombia, on July 16 and 17, yielded a good balance.Refricolombia, organized by the magazine ACR LATINOAMÉRICA, was sponsored by the Colombian Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ACAIRE), Fenalco Bogotá, the Technical Unit of Ozone of Colombia, the National Learning Service (SENA), Crowne Plaza Tequendama, Holiday Inn Express Bogotá and Avianca.
There were a total of 24 conferences, 12 in the commercial area and 12 in the industrial area, in which 95 people participated, 396 people were visitors, the companies that participated in the commercial exhibition were 30 with a total of 70 representatives.
"The academic part was quite technical and many topics were discussed that we needed to clarify. These events definitely contribute to the training of staff and serve us as engineers to clarify concepts and apply them efficiently in our plants," said engineer Fernando Londoño of the Frigorífico of the Santander Livestock Fund.
