Brazil. The 23rd edition of Febrava, held from September 9 to 12 at the São Paulo Expo, became a historic milestone for the HVAC-R sector.
The event reached unprecedented figures: more than 35 thousand visitors, which represents a growth of 40% compared to 2023, and the participation of more than 600 exhibiting brands, an increase of 25%. In addition, the fair expanded its exhibition area by 20% and incorporated two new thematic pavilions – Water Treatment Expo (WTE) and Smart Heat Expo (SHE) – which reinforced its role as a space for trends and innovation for the entire chain.
"Febrava 2025 reflects the strength and dynamism of the sector, which is in full expansion, with accelerated consumption and an increasingly innovative and connected chain. This edition demonstrated, more than ever, that we are the strategic meeting point for business, networking and professional updating," said Tatiana Rassini, manager of Febrava.
The fair also stood out for its intense agenda of content, experiences and launches. "I think this was the edition with the highest number of meetings, networking and business going on. The fair plays an essential role in bringing technology and training closer together," said Uanderson Aguiar, technical instructor and ambassador of Midea Carrier in Brazil.
The exhibiting brands agreed on the strategic impact of the event. Nathalia Moraes, Marketing Manager at Bitzer, said: "This edition was very important for us and exceeded all expectations, providing visibility and opportunities with a highly qualified audience."
In the same vein, Nilson Yoshio, Marketing Director of Daikin, underlined the relevance of participating: "Febrava is the largest fair in the sector and being here was fundamental. The result exceeded our expectations. The market is very dynamic, and there are more and more interested in participating in this business."
"This was the biggest Febrava in history: we brought together more audiences, more companies and more innovation than ever before. The success of this edition inspires us to continue investing in initiatives that expand the brand, value the entire HVAC-R chain and strengthen a sector that, in 2025 alone, should move more than R$ 54 billion, according to ABRAVA," concluded Tatiana Rassini.
