International. Full Gauge Controls has recently obtained the Invention Patent registration for the VX-1025E electronic expansion valve model in Brazil and the United States.
The company reported that this patent was granted by the regulatory bodies INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) and USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office), respectively.
In practice, this means that the technology developed by the company is entirely new and therefore gives it the right of exclusivity in its marketing.
"This is a great achievement for all of us and an intangible recognition worldwide of the development capacity of Brazilian industry. It was an intense work that involved the effort of several internal teams of Full Gauge Controls in the creation of a revolutionary and innovative product, 2 in 1 (thermostat plus VEE driver)", says director Antonio Gobbi.
Gobbi also specified that given the complexity and rigor to obtain an invention patent, this is considered the most challenging type of protection among all those existing within the area of intellectual property.
The VX-1025E product is available from the main distributors in Brazil and it is recommended that, before purchasing, the calculation of the valve body model is made through the VEE Selector tool, within the FG Toolbox application, available free of charge in the smartphone application stores.
