Intarcon announces strategic changes at top management

Intarcon anuncia cambios estratégicos en su cúpula directiva

International. This change at the top is in line with Intarcon's strategy to drive innovation and growth in the company, leveraging the experience and talent of its leaders.

One of the new appointments is that of Pedro Galisteo, who "has demonstrated great management and leadership skills as well as extensive experience in the sector," according to the company.

Galisteo assumes the General Management of Intarcon, after leading the Transformation and Development Area. In this way, he will now be in charge of leading the growth and consolidation of Intarcon as a national leader and international benchmark in the manufacture of refrigeration equipment.

For his part, José María Raya assumes the responsibility of being the new CEO of Intarcon, after occupying the General Management. Preceded by a solid track record in the sector, Raya's profile has been highlighted by his peers thanks to "inspiring leadership and a great ability to drive innovation and growth".

Finally, Aurelio García, who has combined his role as Chairman with that of CEO since the company's founding, has decided to focus on his role as Chairman.

Consolidated growth
Since its foundation in 2007, Intarcon has established itself as the leading Spanish manufacturer of refrigeration equipment. Such success is due to the combination of several factors, among which the following stand out: innovative product development, commercial expansion and customer loyalty.

"No less important are the people who are part of this growth and who are the main engine of its success. The experience, talent and dedication of its professionals are the fundamental pillars on which growth and innovation are based," the company said.
