International. Soler & Palau Ventilation Group (S&P) announced that it has completed the acquisition of United Enertech Corp, Air Performance LLC, Air Conditioning Products LLC and Metal Form Manufacturing LLC, all brands owned by United Enertech.
This addition expands the S&P Group's portfolio by adding grilles, registers, diffusers, air terminal units and specialized HVAC sheet metal products to its mechanical ventilation product offering.
According to the company, the reason for this acquisition is to further enhance the strategy of "single source" ventilation solutions for customers, engineers, contractors and sales channel partners.
This "carefully designed" portfolio of complementary ventilation products offers solutions to create healthy and comfortable environments in residential, commercial and institutional facilities.

The combination of their extensive knowledge and air control products combined with S&P's mechanical ventilation product portfolio will provide our customers with an ideal single-source ventilation system solution." said Eugene Scotcher, managing director of the North American division of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group.

We are excited about the future of this extended family," added the executive, who welcomed more than 450 people from the United Enertech group of companies who are now part of its team in North America.
S&P said United Enertech's current senior leadership teams, which include Darby Benroth as president and Carol Black as chief financial officer, will continue to be critical partners in supporting future growth in North America.
"Despite this change of ownership, we want to assure our customers that everything will continue as usual. They can continue to expect the same level of excellence and reliability in our products and services. They will continue to have access to the same product range across all our companies. While the names of the individual companies will also remain the same, collectively we will now be known as the United Enertech Group," Benroth said.
United Enertech's senior management will report to and be supported by Walter (Buddy) Doll III, CEO in North America at Soler & Palau Ventilation Group.
