Costa Rica. The training will take place from November 14 to 16 at the facilities of the Costa Rican company Confort Climático.
Currently, the company has the only factory-authorized training center for Mitsubishi Electric / Trane equipment and it will be there that specialized instructors from the manufacturer will teach the training and training sessions.
This course provides hands-on experience in creating systems using Diamond System Builder design software and allows for learning of the Mitsubishi Electric warranty process, including registering products once installed.
Participants will also discuss the concepts of integration and centralized control, as well as the appropriate steps for system commissioning and appropriate maintenance and diagnostic procedures.
"Participants will be able to manipulate equipment to diagnose and correct failures of air conditioning and heating systems. Once they pass the course, they will be accredited by Mitsubishi Electric to apply the 10-year extended warranty process on parts and compressors. In addition, they will receive fewer warranty claims thanks to their proper installation and diagnostic practices," the organizers said in a statement.
