Kryo Technology bets on its growth in the region

Kryo Technologies

Argentina. Behind the foundation of this Argentine company is the lawyer Mariano Cappelletti, who has more than 35 years of experience in large companies in the sector such as Johnson Controls.

Their motivation? Provide solutions to the market based on knowledge and flexibility, as well as characterized by an efficient methodology of work, quality and processes.

ACR Latinoamérica had an interesting conversation with the founder and CEO of Kryo Techonology, who told us about what they are doing in the company to consolidate their presence in the Argentine market.

How was Kryo Technology born?
We make up our team with professionals who have decades of experience in multinational companies. The vast majority of our team of collaborators are former employees of Johnson Controls and work daily together with our VP of Latin America Christian Vernetti to offer our clients the best solutions worldwide.

How would you describe the DNA of the Kryo brand?
Kryo's DNA circulates throughout our company and is reflected at all times in the direction and strategies we implement. Our values remain unchanged over time and are based on operational excellence, teamwork, a continuous spirit of improvement and a permanent focus on continuous improvement.

Our DNA determines who we are, our backgrounds, and where we want to go. In Kryo we rediscover our Greek roots, opting for a name that represents us both in our identity and in our expertise. Cold, also known as "Kryo" in Greek, is what we do best and is the result of decades of experience in the field.

How do you want to position Kryo Technology?
We aim to provide comprehensive solutions in industrial refrigeration, HVAC and automation; with a continuous focus on the quality of our service. We maintain the highest standards of integrity and always fulfill our commitments, while working to generate long-term strategic relationships with our customers, offering solutions that go beyond a very good technical service, because we seek to facilitate their day to day.

What are the main solutions developed by your company?
The development of our KRYO FCX Control Panel, which was designed locally and has the best cost-benefit ratio to perform the retrofit of any control panel, of the main compressors that exist in the market (Sabroe, Frick, Mycom, GEA, etc.). It is remarkable the technological and information level offered by our panel, compared to what exists in the market today.

At Kryo we know cold and we work to ensure our customers the best results in industrial cold and cold for comfort. Our organization, its processes and knowledge are the basis to satisfy our customers, suppliers, employees, and guarantee our future.

What are the advantages offered by these solutions, compared to their competitors?
There are two points that differentiate us mainly from our competitors: today we are the only company in Argentina, and one of the few in the region, that provides integral solutions with our own certified personnel in industrial refrigeration, air conditioning (HVAC) and automation technologies. This means that we can understand and see the facilities of our customers as a whole, thus seeking solutions with the best technical and economic benefits.

Secondly, being a local company, we understand the needs and particularities of our customers, giving agile and fast responses, with the distinction that we work with the same standard of quality and controls that multinational companies have. An example of this is the Repair Center of 400 square meters located in our central office in Buenos Aires, where we have all the technology, security and space necessary to receive and repair equipment, regardless of its size.

How do you leverage Artificial Intelligence to add value to your solution portfolio?
At Kryo we seek to differentiate ourselves through the use of technology. A clear example of this is our system for managing our services. We have a software for the management of preventive and corrective maintenance of our customers. With this system our technicians can make technical reports online and, at the end of each service, our staff has the order loaded on their mobile device, which will carry the digital signature of the technician and the client. This report is automatically sent to the Kryo administration for its corresponding billing and to the client for its control.

Additionally, we can carry the resume for each equipment, giving our customers access to the registered information of each of their equipment over time, including preventive, corrective maintenance, workshop work, changes in equipment data, spare parts used, date of change of filters, oil, preventive change of parts or spare parts due to wear or hours of use.

What market segments and business verticals does Kryo Technology currently serve?
We offer solutions and services in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. By having solutions for technologies, we practically serve vertically most of the existing market segments in the region, with the plus that several of our customers are served in more than one technology, this being one of our main differentiators.
