FAIAR General Assembly ends

Finaliza la Asamblea General de la FAIAR

Mexico. The General Assembly of the Federation of Ibero-American Associations of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (FAIAR) has ended, a contest that took place within the framework of the so-called Tech Week, from July 12 to 16 at the Courtyard Mexico City Revolución Hotel, in Mexico City.

Tech Week 2023 is an international event organized by the Mexican Association of Companies in the Construction Facilities Industry (AMERIC). It brings together the entire production chain of the building and infrastructure industry in the following sectors: energy, water, air conditioning and information and communications technologies.

Participation and agenda
A total of 13 delegations from Ibero-America met to talk about new trends and emerging technologies in the construction industry, new practices and business models, the impact of COVID-19 on the sector, regulations and public policies for the construction sector.

One of the scheduled activities was the V Ibero-American Forum on Indoor Air Quality, which focused this time on the air conditioning of hospital environments.

Additionally, participants also had the opportunity to commemorate AMERIC's 50th anniversary.
