The guide covers buildings that, for the purpose of the book, are defined as tall (Over 300 feet - 91.4 meters), superheads (Over 984 feet - 300 meters) and megahighs (Over 1968 feet - 600 meters). The guide has an expanded scope and updated content with respect to an earlier guide published in 2004.
