Brazil. Armacell announced the expansion of its product portfolio in Brazil, with the launch of a new line for use in homes, buildings and commercial enterprises.
The novelty will be presented to the market specialized in sustainable construction at Greenbuilding Brazil, which will take place from August 11 to 13 in São Paulo.
For sound insulation and protection of floors and slabs, three new products will be presented:
· Sound insulation for slabs: reduces noise transmission, protects finished floors and prevents damage during construction. This product meets the requirements of NBR 15575.
· The Acoustic Blanket for laminate floors: avoids noise and improves the acoustics of this type of floor. In addition, it prevents moisture and eliminates irregularities in the soil.
· Soil protection: intended to protect the soil during and after the completion of the work.
A solution for thermal and acoustic insulation subcoverages (ceilings):
· Overcoverage: which provides insulation with excellent thermal and acoustic performance by reducing the temperature in hot environments and keeping areas cold, while avoiding moisture.
Two other new products for thermal and acoustic insulation will be highlighted at the fair:
· Armacell Tape: Suitable for use in drywall systems, which provides better acoustic performance, as well as retaining moisture.
· Fonoblok Sound Insulation: provides optimal acoustic performance for water and sewer pipes and meets the requirements of NBR 15575.
