International. During the regional meeting held by Ashrae on August 1 in Jacksonville, Florida, USA, the Colombia Chapter obtained different awards that recognize its management during the period 2013-2014.
The awards received by the Colombia Chapter of Ashrae were as follows:
- Fabio Clavijo: Green Ribbon First Place Membership Promotion online renovation and Red Ribbon Second Place Members.
- José Luis Correa: Research Promotion Achievement.
- Hugo Salinas: Best CTTC Chair.
- Gerardo Alfonso: Best Chapter and Best Chapter Website.
The Ashrae Colombia Chapter was born in 2010 with the aim of representing Ashrae professionals and students who wish to advance in the sciences of sustainable construction, energy efficiency, environmental management and air quality.
