Brazil. From August 5 to 7, Armacell announced that it will participate in the Greenbuilding Brazil 2014, which will be held at the Transamerica Expo in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At its stand, the company will present its solutions for thermal insulation, aimed at various commercial, industrial and service companies.
One of the products that the company will present will be the Armaflex AF BR, the most advanced version of the most widely used flexible elastomer thermal insulation system in the world.
"Our products and technologies provide an important contribution to the sustainable construction market and are recognized for it. One example is the increased energy efficiency provided by Armaflex flexible thermal insulation in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and industrial applications. Because of their efficiency and quality, Armaflex branded products reduce energy losses at these facilities," said Marcio Nieble, CEO of Armacell South America.
Another launch that the company will show is the Armaduct, a thermal insulation system for air conditioning ducts. Produced with elastomeric foam with closed cell structure, it does not require additional coating, as it provides excellent quality. It is easy to install and can be used internally or externally in ducts, even in tight spaces (between the wall and tubes), to take up less space than traditional insulators.
