Puerto Rico. ACE Refrigeration and Lennox recently unveiled the new Ultra series. This is the latest line of Lennox package units available in 7.5, 10 and 12.5 tonnes (cold and gas heating only), with efficiencies of up to 13.9 EER and 21.5 IEER.
During the presentation, held in San Juan, Puerto Rico by Janice Delfín, General Manager of ACE, distinguished consultants and installers and clients of this company met. Engineer Rusty Brown, from Lennox, revealed the technical details of the new line, ending with a cocktail for the guests.
A day after the presentation, a training course was given for all service technicians and engineers. Engineer Brown unveiled the advantages and features of the Prodigy 2.0 controller, as well as programming and operation details.
The Prodigy controller is the operating brain of the Ultra unit. It now has a screen of four lines by 30 characters, messages in English, Spanish or French, help button, friendly and intuitive, which allows to make a unit considered as unitary equipment obtain a performance of a configured unit or the type applied.
The event concluded with a lunch for the more than 60 attendees.
