Colombia. The company specialized in thermal insulation systems Armacell announced that it will take advantage of the 2014 edition of RefriAméricas (June 4 to 6 in Medellín) to expand its presence in the Andean region and improve the development of new business opportunities.
The company has been working to develop the thermal insulation market in that country, where a few years ago it does business through distributors. "We see great potential in Colombia, and in some neighboring countries, for the development of the thermal insulation market. By participating in the previous edition of Refriaméricas, in 2013, we saw a good opportunity and had good results derived from the fair. In 2014 we will continue our participation, which reinforces the importance of trade in the sector and reaffirms our growing presence in these markets," said Marcio Nieble, CEO of Armacell South America.
Armacell will present during the fair its solutions for thermal insulation of the Armaflex brand, which consist of flexible insulation materials (tubes and fabrics) with advanced characteristics in terms of thermal conductivity and resistance to the diffusion of water vapor and antimicrobial protection (through the exclusive Microban® technology). Highlights will be the recently released Armaflex BR AF, which is a more technologically advanced version of the flexible elastomeric foam insulation system, in most of the system used in the world.
