United States. The exporting and importing company of air conditioning equipment, Innovair, leased for a period of five years a warehouse of more than 2,700 square meters in the Free Zone of Miami, thus expanding its operating area that includes the 4,000 square meters of its headquarters in Doral, in Miami-Dade County.According to the co-owner, María Gómez, the main reason for hiring this space is because the company imports from Asia some products for air conditioning equipment that are illegal in the US, and then export them to Latin America and the Caribbean. In this way, the company does not violate U.S. law and can continue its business on the mainland.
Innovair will dispatch its first order from the new headquarters in January next year and although at the moment the creation of new jobs is not planned, the demand would change this situation, Gomez concluded.
