On May 1, the company CAREL INDUSTRIES S.r.l. was created, which replaces CAREL S.p.A. in the control of all the other operating companies of the Group (CAREL Applico, CAREL Asia, CAREL Australia, CAREL China, CAREL Deutschland, CAREL France, CAREL Ibérica, CAREL India, CAREL Sud Africa, CAREL Sud América, CAREL UK, CAREL USA), and will concentrate its energies exclusively on the "core business" CAREL, i.e. the market for air conditioning, refrigeration and wetting.For its part, the parent company, CAREL S.a.P., remains the owner of the properties and the companies of the group (EuroTest Laboratori S.r.l., Samos S.r.l., RemoteValue S.r.l.), and also of CAREL INDUSTRIES S.r.l., with 100% control of it.
