For the fifth consecutive time more than 500 professionals and technicians of commercial and industrial refrigeration from the Andean region gathered in Bogotá, Colombia, to exchange concepts, knowledge and updates of the industry through conferences and the commercial exhibition, in which exhibitors presented their new products, advances and trends in the sector. Over the years Refricolombia has been consolidating itself as an important fair of the refrigeration market in the region.For attendees, Refricolombia is the meeting that brings together professionals, suppliers and control entities in order to provide them with new concepts that allow the updating of organizations and their improvement. Likewise, the event presents the dynamics of the market in the region and constitutes a propitious space to establish new commercial relationships and contacts of exchange of knowledge.
The academic part was the one that took the most applause. According to what was expressed by the participants who received the conferences, the topics were very successful with the current moment that the industry is experiencing, in addition the speakers were ideal people with a lot of knowledge in the area.
For Refricolombia 2009 engines have already been turned on and the logistics team of the congress and commercial exhibition of the refrigeration industry and commercial is working to make a much better fair than this year, taking into account the suggestions and recommendations on the topics should have a place next year such as: energy efficiency in order to rationalize expenditure on processes, good practices in preventive and corrective maintenance, evaluation of refrigeration and air conditioning projects, new technologies in the field of air conditioning with refrigerants 410, among others.
