Ricardo Osorio is currently a partner and director of INDA Refrigeración S.A., an engineering company dedicated to the execution of industrial refrigeration projects and works. He is the first professional of the month for 2008 and it is not in vain, since this mechanical engineer, born in the city of Buenos Aires, on February 16, 1951, studied six years of mechanical engineering and throughout his life has always shown great interest in his work, as well as for the reproduction and acquisition of many knowledge.
This Argentine believes that there is always something that can be incorporated into the company to improve it; for this, it carefully analyzes each element and each opportunity, taking into account all the technological advances that happen. For example, one of the challenges facing your company is the fact that developments are coming for the energy economy and the preservation of the planet. It is these issues in which your company works hard and in which there is a lot of work when it comes to evaluating the operating conditions of several plants to solve their energy use problems and improve their economic equation.
Ricardo has also worked outside the country and that is why he knows the Latin American market and, reflecting on the region, he advises: "Where there is economic solidity is where technological development is promoted, with the growth of food production, the refrigeration industry will prosper and we will have to be prepared for it."
