Ecuador. An intensive week of technical and commercial training brought together key players in the HVAC sector in Quito and Guayaquil, thanks to the joint initiative of GRUPO SIGMAN and Carrier-VRF, a company specializing in HVAC solutions. The objective was to strengthen the capacities of the air conditioning ecosystem in the country, through training activities designed for different strategic audiences.
The agenda was developed over four days. In Quito, a technical talk was held for customers, followed by a conference aimed at engineers and internal technicians of SIGMAN GROUP. In Guayaquil, the program included a technical-academic presentation at the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), an exclusive training for clients with active projects, a technical-commercial talk for local clients and a final session aimed at the company's commercial team.
The trainings were led by Onyxs Strober, regional manager of VRF systems based in the United States, and Juan Carlos Candanedo, Territory Manager for Latin America, from Panama. Both Carrier-VRF representatives shared key tools for the design and sizing of VRF systems, as well as strategies for the appropriate selection of equipment according to the needs of each project.
