United States. Greenheck announced the addition of the RV-220 to its line of dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS), a solution that responds to the growing demand for equipment with greater outdoor air handling capacity, energy efficiency and ease of logistics.
The RV-220 comes with significantly expanded operating ranges: between 8,000 and 29,200 cfm of airflow, 50 to 100 tons of packaged DX refrigeration, and indirect gas heating from 800 to 2,000 mbh. In addition, it incorporates R-454B refrigerant and an optimized design that allows it to be shipped in a standard trailer, which reduces logistics costs by avoiding oversized cargo requirements.
The company announced that it will soon launch versions of the RV-220 with forced extraction and energy recovery options, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and versatile ventilation solutions.
Greenheck's DOAS systems are designed for applications with high percentages of outdoor air, such as schools, hospitals, or commercial buildings. All units are pre-engineered, factory tested and configurable according to project requirements, with capacities ranging from 800 to 29,200 cfm, heating up to 2,000 mbh and cooling from 3 to 100 tons.
With this new addition, Greenheck expands its offering to cover an even wider spectrum of needs in heating, cooling, dehumidification and efficient ventilation.
