FiberGlass Isover presented its training program for installers

FiberGlass Isover

Colombia. FiberGlass Isover announced the launch of its Academia del Instaladorprogram, which seeks to build a network of recommended installers in this country who are trained and recognized by the company in insulation, ducts and waterproofing.

The training of the Installer Academy is aimed at people who work in the construction sector in activities such as masonry, dry light system installers, assistant or specialized officer who works in other tasks and who wants to venture into another field; it doesn't matter if they are self-employed or work for some construction company.

Among the topics that will be taught in the various courses are architecture, air conditioners, waterproofing and industry, each with a variety of contents that allow to deepen in the respective topics.

"Installers play a very important role so that our solutions or products fulfill the promise of value we offer, that's why we designed this training program, which allows them to learn and update themselves with the latest innovations that we bring to the market and at the same time guarantee excellent jobs for their customers," said Andrés Beltrán, Marketing Manager of FiberGlass Isover.

The training will be carried out with a theoretical-practical methodology and is divided into two phases: the first is made up of virtual training sessions in the area of interest and a mandatory personal development session. The second phase is made up of practical workshops according to the area of interest studied in the first phase, these workshops are face-to-face since they have the objective of showing the product installation.

At the end of the courses, the installers will be registered in the "FiberGlass Isover Installers Club", which will allow them to be recommended for different construction projects in which the brand works. The courses will be taught by engineers, architects, marketers, among other experts of the company. The Installer Academy is the first in Colombia to offer learning in thermo-acoustic solutions. Registration is made through the following link: www.academiadelinstalador.com Once this phase is completed, the courses will be available to be carried out.
