International. The supervisory board of Ziehl-Abegg SE has appointed Dr. Marc Wucherer as the new Managing Director. The 52-year-old will assume his new position in December 2022.
The Doctor of Engineering with a degree in Business Administration began his career at Siemens AG. During a number of managerial roles, he was responsible for several business units both in Germany and abroad, and was president of the Industry segment in Northeast Asia.
Dr. Marc Wucherer has been on the board of directors of Bosch Rexroth AG since 2017, with global responsibility for sales and marketing and, later, also for the factory automation segment. Dr. Wucherer is a first-class manager with tremendous experience in multiple business areas. In addition to his wealth of experience and reliability, his international experience is perfect for actively shaping Ziehl-Abegg's continued global growth.
