United States. Johnson Controls celebrated the opening of its new Source 1 HVAC supply center in Fort Pierce, Florida, on October 26. Source 1 is the exclusive supplier of factory-authorized residential service parts and accessories for all Johnson Controls Unitary Products residential and light commercial equipment.
The company also offers a wide variety of universal HVAC parts, supplies and accessories from many manufacturers.
More than 90 people attended Fort Pierce's grand opening, which included interactive demonstrations of HVAC product demonstrations and the opportunity to speak with suppliers and representatives from Johnson Controls Unitary Products Group. In addition to the Fort Pierce store, there are 12 other locations throughout the state of Florida.
"We have a growing customer base in and around St. Lucie and Martin counties. Fort Pierce will offer them a convenient and easy-to-evaluate location while traveling, located just off I-95," said Anthony Pascucci, Regional General Manager, Southeast-Florida Region, Johnson Controls Unitary Products Group. He added that "the Fort Pierce supply center will offer a wide range of HVAC test instruments, tools, supplies and provide contractors with training programs in their local area."
In addition to York, Guardian and Source 1 products, the Fort Pierce Supply Center will offer products from other HVAC manufacturers and a wide range of instruments, tools and supplies for HVAC testing, from meters, recovery equipment and vacuum pumps to tapes, filters and pipes and electrical fittings.
The supply center will also provide contractors with the opportunity to take advantage of local training programs and the technical expertise of store employees.
