Coil Coating
Aqua Aero coil coating is impact resistant from marine, industrial, and cleaning chemicals. The coating does not emit gases other than water during the curing process and dries for handling 15 minutes after application.
Component & Casing Coating
Protects HVAC/R unit panels such as pipes, compressors, grilles, and more. The general epoxy powder coat can act as a primer and can be applied to substrates of different specifications. "Aqua Aero has perfected a powder coating substrate that is as transparent as a high-level solution and allows for 10,000 hours of salt spray exposure, UV resistance and the ability to be applied over adhesives, handles and fasteners," the manufacturer said.
Drain Pan Coating
It is a 100% solid two-component self-leveling coating, which is applied to drain pans, water boxes, etc. According to the company, the corrosion resistance of drain pans lined with this product surpasses the quality of stainless steel drain pans at less than 30% of the cost.
AntiMicrobial Coating
Its antimicrobial action originates from a surface that is capable of inactivating microbes by solvating and altering the lipid-based envelope of microbes, including bacteria and viruses.
