Brazil. Tecumseh do Brasil announced that João Carlos Dobner Daniel is the new head of its operation, as of July 1, 2024.
Chief Operating Officer of Tecumseh France since August 2022, João Daniel had previously held management positions in companies such as Metalfrio, Panasonic, Mabe and Bosch-Siemens.
Daniel has more than 20 professional years of professional experience in national and multinational industries in Brazil and abroad, working in Industrial/Plant Operations Management in the areas of Project Engineering, Product Engineering, Processes, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, Inbound Logistics, Controlling and Factory HR.
"Due to his experience in the refrigeration and white goods industry, Daniel has a deep knowledge of market demands, one of his main characteristics being the constant focus on quality and customer satisfaction," said Tecumseh do Brasil.
Daniel will assume the new responsibilities replacing Ricardo Ferreira, who was at the helm of Tecumseh do Brasil since 2018, working on the reorganization of the company and the implementation of transformation processes in manufacturing and other areas.
"Tecumseh is confident that the new leadership will continue to drive the company's growth, innovation and success in Brazil and throughout Latin America," the company added.
