Colombia. On September 26, the company Caleffi will be carrying out the technical seminar Sustainable Hydronic Solutions, measurement, control and balancing = efficient consumption of thermal energy.
The seminar will be held at the headquarters of the Colombian Society of Engineers in Bogotá and will have no cost for the participants. Filipe Cameira, mechanical engineer specialized in energy systems and technical manager for LAM of Caleffi Portugal, will be in charge of dictating the seminar.
In the syllabus it will be said that because many of the air conditioning systems are designed with individual equipment per area, it is necessary to use a punctual control that adapts to the real behavior of the thermal demand. In order to achieve true energy efficiency in buildings, it is no longer necessary to control a comfort temperature in the different areas, but it is necessary to measure, control and balance dynamically, variables such as pressure, temperature and water flow in each equipment individually.
