Activities carried out
The C&R Forum attracted numerous professionals interested in information and analysis of current issues, as well as the Applied Techniques Workshop organized by Agremia, and the Refrigeration Workshop, carried out by the AEFYT, in collaboration with the Training Center in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technologies of Moratalaz.

Another initiative promoted for the first time at C&R was the Young Friday conference dedicated to students of specialized training cycles and engineering with the aim of attracting talent and creating a talent pool, in response to the current demand for professionals that affects the HVACR sector.

In addition, the C&R Innovation Gallery highlighted, on this occasion, 20 cutting-edge equipment and solutions, showcasing some of the latest developments in air conditioning and refrigeration, as well as some of the trends towards which the industry is moving to comply with the requirements of Technical Regulations and European Directives.

November 14 also saw the celebration of C&R's 20th anniversary and the presentation of the HVAC and Refrigeration Award. This award is given biennially to professionals dedicated to the development of the industry and this year the work of Pilar Budí was highlighted.

The event was completed with the presentation of the @rroba Awards to CalorYFrío, in the category of campaign for the dissemination of associative, collective and collaborative activities; a C for Communication, for its initiatives to boost the HVAC market; and El Instalador, which received the C&R Promotion Award.
