A panel of contractor judges judged 122 entries, of which Lennox's product was selected. "We are honored to be recognized through our customers with the new Raider roof unit, which offers value and convenience without compromising on quality. This unit eliminates the need for an adaptive sidewalk, making it an ideal choice for replacement projects," said Cindy Sparrow, vice president of marketing and product management at Lennox.

The Raider roof unit is available in gas/electric, electric/electric and heat pump configurations from 10.5 to 17.5 kW. These units reach 13.0 SEER and 11.4 EER.
