Heat pumps, new from Johnson Controls at AHR Expo Mexico 2023

Johnson Controls

Latin America. Prior to its participation in AHR Expo Mexico 2023, the company announced that it is preparing the presentation of its new line of heat pumps, to be held during the event.

Thus, Johnson Controls seeks to highlight the decarbonization of commercial buildings, one of the lines of technological development in which it has been working. The company also indicated that its new pumps can replace traditional boilers and heating and cooling equipment, whose operating and environmental costs are higher.

Johnson Controls will occupy booth 1523 at AHR Expo Mexico. There, visitors will be able to learn about aspects related to this equipment, whose refrigerants have the lowest global warming potential (GWP) in their class. In the same way, you will find the entire offer of OpenBlue Digital Solutions and the building management platform, Metasys.

York YVWH Heat Pump
Built for light commercial buildings and for industrial processes, the YVWH dual water-water variable speed screw heat pump delivers water temperatures up to 80 degrees. Johnson Controls indicates that it is three times more efficient than a boiler and four times more efficient than the boiler-chiller combination. In addition, it operates at 25% load and multiple units can be paired to expand capacity.

York YMAE Heat Pump
Suitable for offices and schools, the YMAE pump is based on the Amichi platform and has electronic steam injection (EVI) scroll compressors that provide high water temperatures in low environmental conditions. It is manufactured with two and four tubes.
