Casa Ley's commitment is to offer the most appropriate comfort for its customers during their stay in the store, the freshest product and the best service. "We looked for the technology and business partner to give us support and peace of mind, the reasons why we selected Danfoss and Kysor Warren were mainly because we have known them for a long time, because they are the ones who have worked best on CO2 and proved to be the best alternative for the manufacture and implementation of this new technology, "- commented Manuel Ruíz, Purchasing and Sustainability Manager of Casa Ley.

Casa Ley is a pioneer in its sector with many of the innovations that are made in its chain of stores, one of its competitive advantages is the displacement of synthetic refrigerants towards natural products. The implementation of CO2 in the Culiacán store is the prototype to migrate to the 236 stores of the group in the medium term, it is to return to the basics, and develop their own teams to work together with the suppliers of the technology in future implementations working hand in hand with innovation, training and technical training.

Manuel Ruíz commented that the Kysor Warren team works with different innovative technologies such as LED lighting, high-efficiency micromotors and monitoring of cold doors closing. "Danfoss technology connects perfectly, our year-on-year energy savings are challenging and we seek to be at the forefront, use the best technology on the market and obtain the best profitability is one of our great premises. In this first establishment we went from a traditional subcritical cascade system to a transcritical CO2 system, the minimum savings we expect is 15% in energy efficiency."
