How to Purify the Air in Churches from HVAC Systems

Purificador de aire Halo Led

International. Preventing the transmission of viruses through the air has become the priority to be met in various spaces such as temples and religious centers. Such is the case of the Second Presbyterian Church, located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, which uses Halo Led photocatalysis technology to clean the air of pathogens.

We well know that there is a trend in the air conditioning market, due to the challenges left by the pandemic, where there is a strong inclination to offer solutions where air purification is guaranteed and not only the change in temperature. Now, churches and other spaces dedicated to religious celebrations are great customers of this type of solutions, because they are spaces of high flow of people and, in that sense, they must offer comfort and look for ways to ensure the health of their parishioners.

The success story in Pennsylvania
The Second Presbyterian Church, located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania (United States), thinking about the safety of its community, decided to look for an alternative to its clean air needs and with the help of The Tuckey Companies, the company in charge of the installation, implemented the Halo Led active purification system, a product of the RGF Environmental brand.

This solution, which was installed in the ducts of the air conditioning system, works using a photocatalysis technology that introduces into the environment non-toxic amounts of hydrogen peroxide in a gaseous state, which reduces contaminants, bad odors and pathological agents.
