The hydrocarbon loading kit provides all the tools needed to load R-290 (propane) and R-600a (isobutane) hydrocarbon systems safely and effectively. The single-valve manifold and small inner diameter hoses allow effective measurement of system pressure, minimizing the impact on system load.
In addition, the bottle valve and adapters offer compatibility with a variety of R-290 and R-600a refrigerant bottles. Also, the compact charging scale offers a resolution of 0.05 g (0.01 oz) for accurate charging. The bottle holder offers stability for loading liquids with inverted coolant bottles. It has a single-valve manifold with REFFLEX hoses of 0.08" (2 mm) inner diameter x 24, valve for bottles with 7/16 thread, adapter for bottles with 1" thread.
Additional has 90° quick coupling fitting for compatibility with drilling and other right-angled bottle valves, line bypass valve for system connection to 1/4", 5/16" or 3/8" process lines, clamping tool to crimp the process tube after service and safety plate that visually warns of the risk of flammability during service.
