The high-performance N-type modules use i-TOPCon (passivated contact with tunnel oxide) cells, reaching a power range of up to 355W and an efficiency of up to 20.8%. These cells are the first of their kind to achieve an average energy conversion efficiency on the side front of the module of more than 23%.
These devices provide the user with a combination of several technologies: cells based on quantum tunneling, multi-busbar composition (MBB), double-glazed cells and half-cut monocrystalline cells, and because of the high power density obtained with their use, they are an option to use in solar energy projects on roofs of houses.
With i-TOPCon cells, these modules enable better performance in low-light conditions, a lower temperature coefficient and lower light attenuation, greatly improving actual energy production in residential PV projects.
