The company stressed that this recognition seeks to make visible the role of women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) disciplines, as well as to promote greater female participation in industries where they have historically been underrepresented.

"In Latin America, we are proud to see more women leading complex engineering projects, participating in strategic decisions and driving innovation," said Daniela López, Business Development Leader for Colombia and Central America at Johnson Controls. According to the executive, the contributions of these professionals are essential to develop increasingly intelligent and sustainable solutions for clients and communities.
