The deal was signed with European investment firm Triton, which owns [FläktGroup](https://www.flaktgroup.com/en/), and the transaction is expected to close within 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. With this acquisition, Samsung consolidates its commitment to position itself as one of the global leaders in the HVAC sector, an industry that shows accelerated growth driven by the demand for energy-efficient solutions and environmental control in critical spaces. **FläktGroup: century-old experience and innovation in air conditioning** - Publicidad - Founded in Germany and with more than a century of experience, FläktGroup has established itself as a reliable supplier of HVAC systems for highly demanding sectors such as data centers, hospitals, airports, museums, and large industrial facilities. In addition to this acquisition, in 2024 it formed a strategic alliance with Lennox International to strengthen its presence in the North American market. The company also plans to integrate its building automation (b.IoT) solutions with FläktEdge, FläktGroup's HVAC control system, in order to offer a comprehensive smart HVAC and energy management platform.
