This project will allow us to offer our visitors a more sustainable and comfortable environment, with a high-power air conditioning system that will guarantee cool spaces even in the face of the high temperatures of the Caribbean coast. In addition, it will be backed by a photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the shopping center," said Ricardo Insignares, manager of the Buenavista Shopping Center. Insignares also highlighted the positive impact of the alliance with GreenYellow: "This collaboration will allow us to achieve greater efficiency in the use of energy and water, which will result in a significant reduction in operating expenses. At the same time, we will make a tangible contribution to reducing our carbon footprint, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability." - Publicidad - **Solutions** The project implemented by GreenYellow addresses two key areas at the Buenavista I Shopping Center. On the one hand, the air conditioning of the common areas will have 14 water-condensed package-type equipment, each with a capacity of 25 tons, reaching a total of 350 tons. This system is complemented by two cooling towers and four condensing water pumps, designed to ensure efficient and guaranteed operation. In addition, 34 air curtains have been installed in the main entrances to prevent the entry of hot air, optimizing the performance of the air conditioning system and maintaining comfortable temperatures for visitors. In addition, the selected equipment guarantees lower energy consumption, optimized by our team of Energy Managers," said Mario Santos, Energy Efficiency Engineering Coordinator at GreenYellow. **Solar energy** Likewise, GreenYellow has begun the installation of an innovative photovoltaic system on the roof of the Buenavista I Shopping Center, reaffirming its commitment to environmental sustainability and the energy transition in the Caribbean region.
