The company announced that Joachim Ley, who until now served as its Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of [Ziehl-Abegg](https://www.ziehl-abegg.com/). According to the manufacturer, Ley has been with the company since 2021 and played an active role in shaping its global growth. The executive has a degree in industrial engineering and was previously responsible for areas such as production, purchasing, central logistics and processes. The company also reported that Joachim Ley is 47 years old, married and has two children. After completing his studies, he assumed various management positions in the operational area.
