With this acquisition, Trane says it will strengthen its participation in the process chiller sector in addition to the rental and services business, and bring new solutions for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and automotive industries in key markets. "We are excited to welcome our new colleagues and begin collaborating on new ways to serve our customers," said Jose La Loggia, president, Commercial HVAC EMEA, Trane Technologies. "MTA's reputation for quality and leading innovation will further strengthen our capabilities to help our customers further decarbonize their operations with high-performance sustainable industrial process refrigeration, air conditioning and air treatment." Nearly 500 new employees, primarily in Europe, will join the Trane Technologies team.
